Christiana Antoniadou
Embryologist
Christiana is an accomplished senior clinical embryologist and IVF laboratory director with over 18 years of experience in the field. She holds the Certificate in Clinical Embryology awarded by the UK’s Association of Clinical Embryologists and is also licensed by the Dubai and Abu Dhabi Health Authorities in the UAE. As Laboratory Director at leading European and Middle Eastern clinics, Christiana’s expertise includes oocyte vitrification, trophectoderm biopsy and ovarian tissue cryopreservation. Currently she serves as a Senior Clinical Embryologist at the Dubai Health Authority’s Fertility Center (DFC), is a member of the DFC’s Clinical Governance Team and Continuous Education and Research Development Committee. She is also an active member of the Scientific Examination Board of the Advanced Course in Clinical Embryology at the Medical School of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. Christiana is involved in several professional organisations including several of ESHRE’s Special Interest Groups (SIG). In 2019 she founded Nurture HF, an online fertility education platform. Christiana has extensive experience implementing quality standards and researching new technologies to support high IVF success rates.
