EPCS

Early Pregnancy Care Service

Expert, personalised support throughout the first trimester

Early pregnancy — and the weeks leading up to it — can be an emotionally sensitive time, especially after fertility treatment, previous loss, or a long journey to conception.

EPCS is a subscription-based service providing continuous, holistic monitoring and support from pre-conception or embryo transfer, through implantation, the two-week wait, and the full first trimester until routine obstetric care begins.

Led by Dr. Lyuda Shkrobot, Gynaecologist & Fertility Specialist, and Ruth O Dwyer, Fertility Nurse, Midwife & Medical Sonographer, EPCS offers personalised, responsive care designed to support the development of a healthy pregnancy at every stage.

EPCS provides a continuous, wraparound care pathway designed to support both implantation and early pregnancy development.

Why EPCS Exists

Traditional care often starts at 12–13 weeks, leaving early pregnancy largely unsupported.

EPCS subscription service bridges that gap with:

  • Ongoing monitoring of key pregnancy markers (progesterone, thyroid, immune function, hCG, and more)
  • Rapid interpretation of results and timely adjustments
  • Continuity of care with the same dedicated team
  • Guidance, reassurance, and support for symptoms and concerns

Your pregnancy is actively monitored and supported throughout the first trimester with care tailored to your individual needs.
